September 23, 2015

Mom's Club Paint FlyerWe have finally scheduled our first Mom’s Club event! It will be on September 26th at  6:00 PM in Pflumm Hall. I hope
you are all able to make it, as it will be a great night to mix and mingle with all of you! I have attached a flyer for you to review, so save the date!  Thank you to Sara Kittle who made this amazing flyer for us!

We are going to be painting for the Holy Cross Pumpkin Patch, so bring your brushes (you do not have to be an artist to help us with these projects)! Don’t forget to dress in your painting attire as we do not want you to ruin your nice clothes.

Moms Club will supply appetizers, desserts and non-alcoholic drinks; if you prefer adult beverages, please feel free to bring your own.

There will be a raffle for all who attend! Please let us know if you have any questions! Hope to see you all next weekend!

Celebration Volunteers Needed!

August 27, 2015

celebration-12

Hi Parents,

As many of you know, Celebration is our biggest fundraiser for BOTH the Church and the School. We want to make sure this year is a huge success and that we meet our financial goals. This year’s celebration will be Saturday, January 23rd from 5:00 pm – 1:00 am in the school gym. We will have lots of fun!  The evening will include two auctions (silent and live), cocktails, a buffet dinner and dancing.

We are need of volunteers to help organize this gala. We have had a great response from some families already, but we need support from the entire Holy Cross community. There are a few ways that you can participate. You can dontate items (either as a family or as a group) for our silent and live auctions or get your employer to donate/sponsor the night. More details will be sent out about donating in the future. Right now, however, we are in need of volunteers! We have a lot of positions still available that we need help with. If you can sacrifice your time to help us with this, it would be much appreciated!
