Confirmation Prayers

from Holy Cross teacher Tonia Helm –

Please say a special prayer for our 38 Holy Cross eighth graders who will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation this evening.

The students have worked very hard to prepare their hearts for the reception of the Holy Spirit.

They have recently begun the preparation for the Total Consecration to Mary, have chosen a special saint, and have written to Archbishop Naumann describing this preparation.  Over the past year, the students completed various Confirmation “experiences” that emphasized prayer and service to others.

We look forward to the way God will work in their lives!
