K-4 Christmas Program Details

The 2010 Holy Cross Christmas Spectacular for K – 4th Grade will be held Tuesday night in the Holy Cross gym.

The prelude begins at 6:45 – make sure to ask your child(ren) if they’re involved in the prelude!)

Please have students to the school by 6:30 p.m.
Kindergartners through 3rd graders meet in your homeroom classes
4th graders meet in Pflumm Hall

Please have students wear their Sunday best. Don’t wear the school uniform.

Gentlemen, wear dress slacks (no blue jeans), button down dress shirt, polo, or sweater (please no sweatshirts). Dress shoes are also encouraged. If your child must wear sneakers please choose a dark colored shoe. No Flip Flops!!

Ladies, please wear dress slacks (no blue jeans) or skirt, sweater (please no sweatshirts) or dress shirt, or dress. Dress shoes are encouraged. If your child must wear sneakers please choose a dark colored shoe. No Flip Flops!!

Pictures? Video?

The 5th- through 8th-grade Holiday Music Extravaganza at Holy Cross last night was great. Thanks to all the family and friends who attended. We had a really big turnout.  And Mrs. Cain and her music students put on a terrific show!

Christmas Program Reminders

This is really a reminder for tomorrow’s Holy Cross Christmas Extravaganza for 5th through 8th Grade. I’ll follow this up next week with a reminder for the K through 4th program on Tuesday.

Sunshine Club Luncheon & Christmas Program

The Holy Cross Sunshine Club will enjoy its annual lunch and Christmas program at the school on Tuesday. The group gets a preview as the Kindergarten through 4th-graders do one last practice of their program.

It is SO fun to watch as the Sunshine Club members take in the hard work and showmanship of the kids.

Thanks to all the Holy Cross Moms Club volunteers who make the luncheon possible. And a big THANK YOU to Mrs. Cain, the music teacher, for her work and creativity in organizing the Christmas programs.

Fa la la la la!

Impressive! That’s what the Christmas program was last night.  The Holy Cross 5th and 6th-graders, band, choir and bells put on quite a show.

I look forward to the preschool Christmas program this Sunday and the K-4 program on Tuesday.

I love the holidays, don’t you? Watching the kids celebrate the season really makes it come alive. Fa la la la la!

Spirit Days are fun at Holy Cross.

The kids get to break out of the normal uniform and show their school spirit. It’s fun to see all of the school T-shirts and sweatshirts come out that have been passed down through families over the years.
